My wife and I met Sam under difficult circumstances. We had commissioned another custom home builder for a home on Lady’s Island (near Beaufort). That unscrupulous initial builder stopped working, stole money, and declared bankruptcy leaving us completely stranded with no plan. Then, fortunately, we met Sam from Icon Construction and his team. Sam told us that his experience, competence, creativity and the network of subs would be able to get us back on track and successfully complete the project. All of that turned out to be accurate. He identified hidden quality problems that were left by the initial contractor, navigated the myriad challenges with inspections and county regulations and supply chain and labor shortages resulting from the Covid epidemic. Sam and the Icon team went above and beyond to complete our beautiful Lowcountry waterfront home. We highly recommend Sam and his team at Icon Construction.

Hello, I'm Sam Agnew. In 2006, I established Icon Construction. Since then, we've built a fantastic team supporting the Charleston, South Carolina area. We have completed some pretty remarkable projects in Summerville, Charleston, Kiawah, Beaufort and most places in between. With my forte as a custom home builder, our remodeling and renovation projects also receive exceptional care from start to finish.
My personal desire is to be as transparent with our customers as we can be and our whole team supports that effort as we focus on customer satisfaction at every stage of the process.
